🌱 I am involved in a few communities in India and outside. Over time, I have been able to answer a few questions for myself. So I will try and write them out here. This is an ever evolving document much like the rest of this garden. This is not a fault finding mission; I mean no harm and there are no ill feelings for anyone I have worked with in the past. I genuinely want to learn more in the open and allow myself to engage with like minded people and this is just one way I want to do it.

🌸 What differentiates a community from a group of friends?
🌱 Expectations between community members. Points of discussion. Semi formality. Code of conduct. Ability of a community to hold widely opposing views.
🌸 What leads to the ultimate death of a community?
🌱 Community members losing common ground and points of interest. Decision making resting with only a few people. Inactivity for long periods of time. Group-ism based on exclusionary principles.
